Real-Time Data Collection
Our highly trained NLS technicians acquire a complete description of each vehicle using a handheld computer and our proprietary software. As soon as we process a vehicle on-site it is "live" on the internet. Scheduled visits are available from once a week to five times a week depending on your needs and budget.
Quality Digital Photos
The technician moves each vehicle from the line of cars to single it out and to achieve proper sun angle. NLS acquires multiple, high quality digital photos that are processed and treated for Internet, print, and TV automatically on our server. Our standard is 16 photos of each vehicle but additional photos may be added as part of our service. Additionally, you may choose a "special shooting location" for a small fee.
Window Stickers & Buyers Guides
NLS will create and install custom full-color window stickers and buyers guides on-site. We can create different window stickers for your different warranty programs including Manufacturer Certified.
Vehicle Information Cards (VICs)
We will create and install multiple Vehicle Information Cards for each vehicle we acquire. They are great sales tools and can also be used as part of a customer exit package. There are several versions to choose to meet your needs.

Internet Data Distribution
NLS automatically updates your inventory on third party websites by transmitting your data and photos nightly. Ask your NLS representative for a complete list of supported websites. (Some 3rd party web sites require membership and fees.) NetLook.com is an approved strategic partner with the sites listed. New alliances are being formed weekly.
Inventory Manager Suite
Our Manager Suite allows you to have access to your inventory so that you can update prices, change comments and delete vehicles you have on the internet. This eliminates the need to go to 3rd party sites to make changes. You can also send your data and photos to local publications and the daily newspaper. This ensures a quality photo and more detailed information about the vehicle you are selling. This exciting feature eliminates duplication of effort to advertise your inventory. The Manager Suite also gives you the power to print your own window stickers and buyers guides and VICs. This can save you money!
Private Label Website or Search Engine Plug-in
We will create, host and maintain a custom Private Label Website or you can link your used car inventory that we maintain into your existing website through our Search Engine Plug-In. There are too many "bells and whistles" to list so ask your NLS for a complete description of the powerful selling tool we can provide.
